Strategic Planning Services Request for Proposals
Tahoe Resource Conservation District (Tahoe RCD) invites qualified consultants to submit proposals to facilitate and develop a comprehensive Five-Year Strategic Plan (2027–2032). This plan will provide a clear, actionable roadmap to guide Tahoe RCD’s organizational direction, strengthen programmatic impact, and align staff, board, and partners around shared goals and priorities.
